Tomorrow is Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals Races. I have entered all three of my dachshunds to race.

I’ve never been to the Wiener races, so if you have and have any pointers on how my dogs can do better let me know.

I’m not sure if Montgomery will race and I think he will make me hold him the whole time.

Franzi will want to chase the other doxies and pull on their ears.

I’m hoping Rommel will win since he’s really fast.

If you’re anything like me you love your dachshund to be around you at all times. But they can’t always leave the house with you, so I like to wear my dachshund duds and any thing else dachshund related to show my love for the breed.

My Dachshund Charm Bracelet

One of my favorites pieces is a dachshund charm bracelet made from a couple of old sterling silver spoons. I found it years ago in a flea market and have never seen another one. I still love going to flea markets in the hope that I’ll find other things like it.
